I just concentrated

the meal and kefir beer before bed. I bet you sleep good, LOL! I am

waiting to get a little ahead with my kefiili to start again making

I've been out of kefir beer for a few weeks ... I've got a deadline

and I just can't get everything done. So I'm forcing myself

to make do with wine ... it's hard, I tell you! Whine whine whine ...

or is that wine, wine wine?
