Distillation

Hello everyone. I have just been given a grant for the miraculous idea of

distilling essential oils. Now I need to decide what kind of distillation

unit to purchase. My goal is to optimize essential oil production but I

can't get an enormous piece of equipment. $1000 for quality lab equipment

ideally including shipping. Equal interest in glass and copper units. I

have a lot to learn on the subject so any advice is very appreciated. Sorry

for any cross posting but I've got to get this info pretty quick. Thanks!

And although I'd love to take a class on learning to distill I'm about to

live very rurally for a two year artist residency.
