I did the 81 minute premix this morning of All Pump Xtreme. I like this workout a lot. For some reason, the time flies by :) I like the fact that I can use my pull-up bar! :) I can keep up okay with the pull-ups. The last set I just hold it instead of actually pulsing. I was toasted. I'm anxious to see if I get DOMS or not tomorrow.I pushed pretty hard. I did a set of tricep extensions at the end though because I didn't feel like my triceps got enough. I had to do the core later, so my stats w/out the core was 602 calories with 125 being average. I shut it off at an hour and 8 minutes. I did the core after training. I don't care for the core much in this one. It's mostly standing with some variations on planks. I guess it was okay for something different, but I'm just not a fan of standing core work.
