Not only do I want to cook with it, I want to make perfume with it, and grow the tree. Does anyone know if there is an essential oil of Meyer lemon? I searched it and I found an article where a chef mentions using the essential oil in marshmallows(YUM), but all I can find otherwise is olive oil flavored with the oil.
