Hi!

Here's my summary for this week - I figured w/ the new year, I'd start doing this again!

Sunday - Prevention's Walk Your Way Slim (first time in a long time -but my back held up and was fine - so another one to add to my "can do" list) & 10 Min Solution Rapid Results Pilates - abs, arms and total body sections

Monday - 20 min exercise bike, 30 minutes (or so) on the TM w/ Kathy 's Steady Strides Workout # 2 (very good interval workout!). Stretching on my own. Stairs (7 flights) at work

Tuesday - 's Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs (2 mile walk, plus lower body exercises), Perfect in 10 Pilates Abs and Upper Body Sections. Push-ups/Pull Downs and Treadmill circuit

Wed - 's 5 mile walk and Caribbean Workout Pilates Focus on Stretching, Stairs (9 Flights) at work

Thursday - Gin /Danskin Pilates Gadget and Puh-ups/Pull Downs, Bike Circuit

Friday - Ellen Barrett's Fat Burning Fusion - skipped stairs at work due to cranky knee - but took a short walk in the afternoon and used the stairs to walk down and back to my office.

Today I rested - I need one day a week where I can sleep a little later!Take care!Donna
