Guest guest Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 i did yoga abs and yoga stretch from denise austin's yoga body burn. can't seem to get my tummy from being all topsy turvy. on a good note its keeping lunch light LOL. haven't had much meat at all though and i do need the protien. but eating plenty of sugar free applesauce LOL. i read on webmd that it helps and it seemed to help with the dehydration when i was able to eat again so i keep sticking with it. also eating raisins since i can keep them in my locker at work and not worry about them going bad. this might actually help me start to understand how much to eat. that is my main issue is just eating enough to live and learning not to overdo it and to also give in A LITTLE to cravings and not overdo it there either. just love food though can't help it. kassia ldy_solana's fitness blogldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It takes a week or so to get over a stomach bug, even when the "symptoms" are gone - you still feel off and weak.
