I advise against doing the ab exercises - it messed me up for about two weeks. I need to learn that these workouts are not good for me!! ) Although I admit to wanting Kathy 's "barre" workout (Total body Lift). I would absolutely not do the ab work in that one though - it looks to be very similar to these and to what is in the Bar Method, Lotte Berk, etc all of which seriously mess up my back Donna Subject: Exhale Core Fusion Pilates PlusTo: exercisevideos Date: Friday, January 9, 2009, 12:55 PM I borrowed this from the library and not really that fond of it. I don't like how they always do the warmup at the beginning of each 10 minute segment, but understand that not everyone will do the whole thing. I'm also not strong enough in my core for some of the moves, but a lot, particularly the 3rd segment, seem like it can do some damage to your back if you're not careful, ie, the leaning back against the wall with your back in a c-curve looks dangerous.
