All my spin class members are now looking for me so I guess I better keep going. Here was my weekM - Spin class - I taught, abs, push ups, lunges for my fitness challengeT - universal weights - ~45 min, abs for challengeW - Spin class - I took - lord this instructor likes jumps (which I don't!) abs, push ups, lunges for my fitness challengeR - universal weights - ~45 min, abs for challengeF - 45 min on elliptical then abs, push ups, lunges for my fitness challengeI hope to get another strength on Sat and then yoga (the instructor is suppose to be great) on Sunday.
