Hi Darcy!

Cardio Kicks is one of my favorite kickboxing workouts! I hope to do it again at some point - I have avoided kickboxing due to my back issues - but hope to be able to do it again someday - at least occasionally!

I just finished up with Cathe's Cardio Kicks. Had an awesome workout. I don't remember the last time I did this one. It's been a long time. I do so much of Cathe's step and strength workouts, I usually grab something else for kickboxing. Anyway, I had a great workout, and at the end I did a few burn-outs which probably boosted my burn a bit. I burned 732 calories with my average being 153.I now have 3 goals today. Get my upstairs bathroom clean (it's bad), mop my floor (which may be worse), and to rinse diapers. Hope you guys don't mind sharing my "chores". I think it may help me DO them :)Enjoy your Fridays ladies!Darcy

My back has been feeling great, knock on wood. I'm just going to always think of it from here on out. Before, once it got better, I thought I was miraculously cured. Obviously, not the case. Guess I just have a " picky " back!

Tomorrow is strength w/ Amy for me. I look forward to it.Darcy
