I don't like how they always do the warmup at the beginning of each 10 minute segment, but understand that not everyone will do the whole thing. I'm also not strong enough in my core for some of the moves, but a lot, particularly the 3rd segment, seem like it can do some damage to your back if you're not careful, ie, the leaning back against the wall with your back in a c-curve looks dangerous. I only did segments 1, 2, and flexibility, the rest I either watched or did what I could, which wasn't much. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
