Guest guest
thanks for the warning...I didn't do them and only really liked the 1st segment, which was planks and pushups. After seeing this, now I understood what you meant about it being bad for backs when you reviewed this awhile back. I generally stay away from this kind of stuff, while the movements look very easy and simple, they are very deceiving...and if you aren't strong enough or have limitations, you can get hurt easily I think, at least for me. In my case, I'm just not strong enough nor flexible enough. > > > Subject: Exhale Core Fusion Pilates Plus > To: exercisevideos > Date: Friday, January 9, 2009, 12:55 PM > > > > > > > I borrowed this from the library and not really that fond of it. Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, I'm not a back expert, but I think generally this stuff is bad for anyone - even w/ a "healthy' back - when I described it to my chiro that is what he said - (he didn't see the exercise, just my description of it). I *think* I have a relatively strong core and this one totally screwed up my back! Donna Subject: Re: CHERYL! WARNING!
