The part where you have to bring your legs together when you jump up, I can't do because my gym shoes stick/drag on my carpeting... I just stepped my feet together instead. I was suppose to do 20 sumo burpees but did 10 instead, I will build up to them.Anyway, this was my FAV cardio workout so far of the CE Program.
