Guest guest
If you tell us where you live some one on here may be able to give you a DR close to where you live. > > I have not been diagnosed with PA yet, but I have the symptoms including a 1.32 cm adenoma. I just received the news that all of the blood work ordered by endocrinologist was normal. Now after being educated on here and elsewhere, I am learning that the endocrinologist should have taken me off the lisinopril before testing that I was taking, also that I should have fasted and taken the aldosterone test in the morning and possibly lying down. So I get a call from him on Saturday saying that I do not have an endocrine problem, get off of the lisinopril because it is probably the reason for my dizziness (I have had it without the lisinopril), & take a week's worth of Xanex to see how I feel. No new suggestion or prescription for my blood pressure problem, no answer to my hirsutism problem, ignored the fact that a chiropractor told me that I have calcification on my thyroid, & suggested that my numerous symptoms are my nerves. I told him that even when I occasionally take clonazapam, I still have the high blood pressure & symtoms. His answer was that it was the wrong medicine. I really thought that since I went to a large university hospital in a very large city that things would be different. Any suggestions? Would I get this kind of treatment from Mayo Clinic in Minnesota? Or am I just overreacting? >

Guest guest
Give us the numbers on the renin and aldo tests as many Endos do not know how to interpret them. Still need your detailed "story" to better help you. Look in our files for Conn's stories for some examples.Clarence E.
