------I think it's the same basic thing as the product from WFN that they call

" raw ghee " . I think butter oil is probably a more accurate name, since

traditional Indian ghee is heated and probably has a sllghtly different flavor,

but it doesn't matter to me what they call it as long as they keep making it!
