Guest guest
Last winter my friend gave me a mother mushroom which produced several very good batches of kombucha tea. I've got several bottles of it, both beer-type bottles and half-gallon Mason jars full of it. They were bottled in January and March of this year. They look nice and clear, not cloudy nor do they have mushrooms growing in them. Do you think they are still drinkable? It was the earlier posts about kombucha that made me remember that I still had them. There was a thread last week about indigestion and a baking soda test. What was the test? The only thing I could find as a follow-up was something vague about taking 1/4 tsp in water in the morning. What was the deal with the burp? Sounded like the elapsed time between drinking and burping was supposed to mean something. Hubby has serious indigestion, heartburn, burping and winds. Have made the switch from the purple pill and that genre to Nux Vomica with better than expected results, but there's still a problem. Thanks.
