Guest guest
Did she say why they were using rosemary to stabilize it?Is it to protect ther EFA's? I've been using x factor butter oil too for more than a year and love it. We also ordered some raw butter oil from Wilderness family but I'm not sure who makes it for them. It's excellent but it doesn't say x factor butter oil. Elainie
Guest guest
Lyn, yes the WF butter oil is centrifuged. I wondered about goat butter because goat milk is naturally homogenized. So that's how they do it. Have you had raw goat butter? I ordered some from White Egret farm but it's not available until sometime in Jan. Guest guest
I talked to the Wetzels (the butter oil company owners)about a week ago. Sally Fallon is supposed to be coming out with an article soon about butter oil. Maybe our questins will be answered. My experience with it has been nothing but positive. I've been taking it for about 1 1/2 years (primarily for the anti-stiffness factor) I can a big difference in an arthritic ankle joint. Wetzel's wife gave me all kinds of stories about success people have had with it. They have a new oil coming out in the next few weeks that will be stabalized with rosemary oil. They also will be producing their own brand of CLO that they're very happy with. I think they have done tests on the nutritional content of the oil. told me one time that the vitamin E content is very high. I'll send him an e-mail and see if we can get a heads up on more information! Lynn
Guest guest
I don't know. He was supposed to put some info in my order but didn't. I need to find out because I was under the impression the natural Vit E content stabilized it. That's waht he told me at one time. Mine has lasted for very long time although my mother's did go bad. I don't much about what the Wilderness family is selling. I bet it's the same thing since it says no heat was used. They would have to centrifuge it. I read that's how they get the cream to seperate from goat's milk to make goat's milk butter. I'm going to ask him to send me the info and I'll post it. Guest guest
I take it every morning with their clo. AFAIK, there's no other butter oil on the market to compare it to. I hardly EVER get sick since taking these supplements. The only other supplement I take is folic acid. Butter Oil > One more question... What do you think of the butter oil sold by > Radiant Life?
