I feel like I have been beaten and tickled at the same time. By the way are

those prepared in the wrapper or is the wrapper removed. I believe the plastics

council has been promoting the healthy aspects of plastic and I sure wouldn't

want to miss out on any vital nutrients that might be contained in those

wrappers.

You make light of the benefits of wrappers Amy, but I distinctly

remember reading studies in college where they fed rats, breakfast

cereal and the controls the breakfast ceral BOX and the BOX eaters

fared BETTER! Don't knock it til ya try it! ;-)

LOL,

Maybe you'd want to use both. You really don't want

to mess up your plastic:aluminum ratios you know.

But if you smoke a cigarette while eating it will automatically balance

those ratios. Just remember to inhale big and deep.

Which reminds me, I was in a diet chat room once, and

a vegan was telling everyone how wonderful her diet

was, and how she only uses natural food sources. I

asked where she got her protein from and how much

protein is in her diet. She replied her diet is 5%

protein and the source is a protein bar.

I did wonder if the " natural " protein bar grew from

the ground with or without the wrapper...

of course i don't remove the wrapper! that would be like peeling an

organic carrot! never! besides the abundant nutrients in the plastic

itself (yes i have studied the wonderful public information service

bulletins of the plastics council; it's so great that they care about

people's health enough to volunteer their resources to share this

vital information with us!), so many of the nutrients in the food

stick to the plastic. i have to say that deep-frying makes the

plastic much more digestible; i could never get used to raw plastic,

even though i still believe it has to be truly healthier that way and

my body just needs to go through some more detoxes so it's clean

enough for such concentrated foods.

So would you eat them with diet coke from and aluminum can or a plastic bottle.

I really respect your decisions as you seem to be so knowledgeable about so many

health related issues. I was going to use thusly in there somewhere but just

couldn't find the right spot. Amy

Yes, but I beg to differ on the can eating. You can make a wonderful mineral

broth by boiling the can in water to which a tablespoon of vinegar has been

added. Usually takes about 12 hours. then strain the resulting liquid and save

thusly in the freezer to use later to dip your twinkies in. Amy
