Guest guest
Found out that Pao de Queso is Spanish, and Pao de Queijo is the Portuguese for the Brazilian cheese bread made from manioc (tapioca). Interesting article on this history: http://www.cookbrazil.com/pao_de_queijo_origin.htm (Am trying to pick up a little Brazilian Portuguese; the pronunciation is infuriating!)
