thanks for posting that, Heidi. i'd also like to see more on adult ADD. a

friend of mine has the most glaring symptoms, including a mood disorder

that's manageable *enough* that he can ignore it sometimes.. which makes me

crazy and almost hoping things get worse so he'll look at it more

seriously. it's easy for me to say just go GF and see how you feel, but it

would take a whole lot more than that for him to take notice.

unfortunately, he's not the kind of ADDer who can focus on books on

nutrition :-)

I found that to be a vicious cycle. When I was sickest, I really

could just not THINK about how to get well. Much less

research.
