Guest guest Posted September 24, 2008 Report Share Posted September 24, 2008 I just finished my 21st day of my challenge WOO-HOO! My house looks horrible.. Diapers need to be rinsed (and washed), kids are still in their pajamas.. but I did get my workout in. Man, I'm terrible. Anyway, I did Cathe's Power Hour. I don't remember the last time I did this workout. I got a good burn in most of my muscles. I had to do the ab section with Kaysar sitting on my belly though. UGH... I did the whole workout with him awake and farting around. I tried about ten times to get him to sleep prior, and decided to give it a whirl w/ him awake. Bryar fell asleep on the couch about 12:30 and he's still out (it's after 2:00). I got some tylenol in him, I'm hoping maybe he's a tad better when he wakes up. I have to drag him out to go get Sawyer in about a half hour. Not happy about that. Anyway, I'm sure I am going to keep on going for a few more days with my workouts anyway. I got my period last month on the 28th. I'd hate to take tomorrow off just to have to take a few days off when it does show. I think I could do strength training with it, but cardio is pretty-much out since I have to wear my pessary.. Anyway, I'm rambing.
