Guest guest
What kind of dairy are you eating? I can't tolerate cow dairy (even raw cultured) except for very small amounts of raw butter and raw butter oil. I started using sheep yogurt and do well with that, and am now using White Egret farm's probiogurt (awesome stuff) My kids love it too. As far as grains go, I found that I was sensitive to not only gluten grains but non- glutinous ones as well. As for eggs, do you eat them raw or cooked? I find cooked eggs to be a bit harsh to digest and orefer to eat them raw or very lightly soft boiled. Elainie
Guest guest
Del, Not a good point but here goes. D'Adamo and others as well propose is that stomach cancer is more predominant in blood type A. Personally, my stomach has been sensitive since l was born. Had terrible colic on a homemade formula of evaporated milk, corn syrup and and water. Raw cow's milk cured it. Am beginning to question eggs myself as the only time l have no problems digesting them is when they are raw. Are you doing fermented foods? They don't do well in my stomach. Salt throws my potassium/sodium balance off. Enzymes and probiotics in cheeses and yogurt are fine. Wanita >I have been doing NT for about 3 years now but still having tummy >problems. It is sooo good and I think I " over " eat it. Oh, as a proud parent that makes me feel good. But mainly I also want to say that they are over-propagating again and if I missed anyone in sending the last batch, write me privately (and put my name or kefiili in the subject line -- I get a lot of spam). They seem to be mailing ok now ... >I do not have a source for sheep yohurt. I have read about the >probiogurt but have not yet tried it. I may also be sensitive to non >gluten grains. I only soaked the beans for >24 hours. I think they may need to be soaked longer. For what it is worth, my digestion took a good year or two to get back to normal. A lot of the issues seem to have not been allergies so much as lack of ability to digest. I just concentrated on meat, coconut oil, vegies, and fruit. Eating starches ONLY at night seems to be magical too -- maybe saving up the hard-to-digest stuff allows one's body so " save up " the enzymes for one big meal. Or maybe it is the wine I drink with the meal ... it's hard to drink wine with breakfast, or, at least folks look at you weird ... -- Heidi

Yes, mine came through without a hitch and are happily working on a batch of goat milk and a jar of apple juice. Guest guest
Del, >I have read that about type A's and stomach cancer. I may need to go >have it checked. As a rule I don't see doctors much. Don't even have >a doctor and I am 62. Agree with Heidi here that healing takes years. Haven't seen my homeopath in 12 years. Wasn't meant to alarm you. Don't think there are any iron stomachs left with life and SAD diet. > What salt are you using? I >only use celtic sea salt. Maybe that would help you? It has been a >long time since I had regular salt and the celtic sea salt seems to >not bother me at all. It is a way to get my trace minerals. Rather than ordering Celtic, knowing of my salt problems (gave it up on food 30 years ago when l retained water carrying first child) l got French sea salt at the store, started salting my food, few days later noticed white spot when l touched my leg. Use a dulse/celery mix instead for minerals. Wanita > >~Del > >--- In , Wanita Sears <wanitawa@b...> >wrote: >> Del, >> >> Not a good point but here goes.
