Guest guest
I love Ellen's workouts. I have two of them myself. --Kathy Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius. Hobbes: What's misunderstood about you? Calvin: Nobody thinks I'm a genius -------------- Original message -------------- Hi Everyone,Another "chicken soup" workout this morning -Crunch/Ellen Barrett's Burn & Firm Pilates. I reallylike this routine, it is surprisingly challenging -you don't really notice that you're working until theend when you have that trembly feeling in your legs, which is surprising b/c you don't use very heavyweights and overall the workout seems pretty gentle. It must be the Pilates control thing. I was going todo an add on but didn't feel like it so I stoppedafter this workout.I still have a few more of Ellen's to get through thisweek - her other crunch Yoga/Fusion type workout (Ican't remember the title) and her Pick Your Levelworkout. I may do those back to back tomorrow - a bitof Pilates toning followed by some more yoga/Pilates. I'm still feeling much better and I'm starving all thetime - I'm thinking it is my body 'catching up' fromnot eating last week.Take care!Donna __________________________________________________________Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
