Since there are a few of you who seem to be into weight training and

nutrition, can you give me some pros and cons on creatine. I had heard

that it can be harmful and it was not advised for good health. Can

someone direct me to a link that can provide some data for reference?

Why does someone want to use it anyway? Is it to build more muscle mass?

And if it is harmful, is there a healthier alternative?
