I still can't do all those pikes, though! But I

definately felt that the cardio portion was easier for

me.

I just got on the scale and I've gained a few lbs. -

oh well, it is only a few more days of this

overindulgence. I know I've been slipping over the

last several months - I usually go out for pizza with

my daughter once a week after preschool, and although

I rarely drink soda - there is just something about

pizza (and Mcs, for that matter - but I only

have that once or twice a year) - that screams (to me

anyway) for real coke or pepsi (to me it isn't worth

drinking the diet stuff b/c it tastes truly awful to

me!). I think for a few weeks when we go out I'm

going to skip the pizza and have a salad or soup and

non-sweetened iced tea. Also going to cut back on the

sweets, but that shouldn't be a problem after they are

out of the house when the holidays are over. With the

soda thing, I find that if I don't have it I don't

want it, but once I have it (Like at lunch with DD)

I'll want it again - I think I got a coke at work this

week when I was draggin' - normally I'd make tea...so

I need to break the habit - not good for the waistline

or the teeth (and I'm really prone to cavities for

some reason - it is a bummer b/c I brush, floss and

flouride - we don't have " city " water with flouride in

it - religiously..*SIGH*)
