I have been so exasperated lately trying to get through all the needless content of e-mail. I am so glad you put into words what I was thinking. Maybe some people have never understood how helpful it is to edit their message so it doesn't contain unnecessary words. With one group I'm on, the moderator sent me a personal e-mail with suggestions in replying for the benefit of all. I was unsure about something and had sent him an individual e-mail. One thing he said was **to be sure and edit any response I sent to the group.** I was used to doing that anyway but his response just made it all the more obvious when others didn't follow those guide lines.
