getting back on track

So, I was on here a couple of years ago and did BFL for a good 6 months. I then

continued in a not quite so strict way. Last summer, I decided to complete a

half marathon and have done 2 since then! I have absolutely loved it. But, so

all of you know, I did not lost weight at all. This wasn't my goal so it didn't

matter. But I started an internship this year and it has been very stressful. I

have stopped eating balanced meals, started drinking a lot of beer and have not

been exercising consistently. I don't feel as good and have noticed my stomach

getting fat that it didn't have before. So I've decided to recommit to BFL.

I found this group to really be supportive and helpful! I will be starting

Monday. I was wondering if any of you have any good quick lunch or snack ideas.

These are the 2 areas I always struggle. Any ideas would be appreciated!
