Guest guest Posted January 31, 2008 Report Share Posted January 31, 2008 Okay, so I did my first yoga workout! I rented this from Netflix, and I DID enjoy it. The last time I did yoga was in 2000 or maybe 2001. I did it then, but nothing regular. Anyway, this DVD consists of two seperate 20 minute workouts (which is perfect for me right now for yoga). The first one focused on lower body, and then the second one was upper body. I did the first segment last night after some super-light cardio and abs, and I just finished with the upper body this morning while Kaysar was in his exersaucer. I think I will look for this workout to keep..until then, keep it from Netflix for awhile. Thank you for recommending the yoga zone ones.
