Inspiration to get back on track

Hello everyone,

I've been mostly lurking the last few weeks, but reading all the

posts here everyday, and I have to say that a lot of what I have read

has inspired me to keep going. I just want to say thank you to those

of you who may not know you are keeping me going!

I had a set back in my 3rd week of BFL, with a flare up of a skin

condition that I have, and I did my best not to let it discourage me

or make me want to quit. I have taken a few days off since then, and

also a few free days, BUT I did that with the idea of " pausing " the

program, not starting over. I am now in what should be Week 7 of my

challenge, but it is actually more like Week 5. A lot of stress at

home has made me decide to keep up with the clean eating, but to

simply walk for a minimum of 30 minutes each day for the next 2

weeks, so that I feel good and get back to the gym after those 2

weeks are up. My son is moving to live with his father for a year,

and for the next 2 weeks, I want to spend as much time as possible

with him before he leaves.

Reading the posts everyday has helped me realize that no one has

a " perfect " challenge....there is no such thing. The best thing I can

do is to stay active, eat clean and get back to the program as soon

as I can.

I look forward to finishing C1, and planning for C2.
