Since going off my CRON diet (which was low fat, high carb) I've been experiencing less stable bowel movements. This is partly due to the fact that my eating quality has diminished (I resort to sugar free items quite often--sugar free gum, sugar free icecream,etc) and have been eating a lot of fattier foods. Could the extra fiber potentially leach out minerals and such...or is it basically a safe and mildly positive addition to one's diet (which is what I'm assuming)? - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
