Hi,

This morning I got up early and did Step Boxing. Not sure if it was just me or what, but I don't recall her cueing being so horrible before, but I got tripped up a few times. Once you learn the combos and get your groove going so to speak, the workout is a lot of fun, but you better have your legs ready to move. That's the very first thing anyone who does this workout will notice is that she moves QUICKLY!! When I first previewed it looked like I had my DVD player in fast forward a little bit. I like the weights/cardio section and especially the squat thrust push ups.

I burned 432 calories which totally surprised me.
