Kefiili grains

How do you know when you've got spare kefiili grains? :) Heidi was kind

enough to share and we're really enjoying it; I have to blenderize it

because no one likes the gloopiness aspect, but once it's been blended

it's really nice, like a sweeter buttermilk. I made a great dressing

with kefiili, sheeps milk rocquefort and a little mustard. I want to

start making kefir beer like you, Heidi, and I don't know how many

grains is extra grains. :) I really didn't know what to expect with the

grains; they're like cottage cheese, unless I've screwed things up, and

I don't know if a grain is a single " curd " or a clump or what. Plus

they float on the top! They're not at the bottom as described.

Um, well, I NEVER EVER do stuff like that :^) (That's a pinocchio nose ...)

I tried, but they never survived on me. I dunno why. The kefir

grains make great cider though.

Right, send the address privately and you have my email

for paypal (I love paypal!). I'll be back next week, this

week is kinda messed up because I'm leaving Friday.
