kidney stones

I think this is relevant whether or not you are interested

in the gluten issue -- it was posted on the Celiac group,

but it relates to both oxalic acid and fat, which I'd never

really considered before in the same sentence. Anyway,

they both bind to calcium. I did ask Dr. Holland for

permission to re-post.

BTW I am more or less gone for the next 4 days, so if

I don't respond to someone, don't be offended. I'll try

to pop in if I get a chance.
