Gado Gado is a good one (can easily make the sauce with some kind of nut butter). Lately I've been using kefir cheese a bit (I posted the other day about blending kefir with fresh coriander, garlic and sea salt). Add a couple of boiled eggs and voila, you have a quick, easy and nutritious meal. I love the taste of steamed veggies.
