Guest guest
Hi Sheryl, >So you take Wobenzym-N? You said they are systemic proteolytic >enzymes. What makes them different than any other enzymes? I haven't used Wobenzym yet, but the literature and its long history of use in Germany sounds great. Apparently it's as popular there as aspirin, probably works better and without the nasty effects of NSAIDS. The difference between Wobenzym and other enzyme products is that it's enteric coated so it doesn't have any action on food in the gut and isn't used as a digestive enzyme. It's just used for its systemic anti-inflammatory effect. I don't remember too many of the details that clearly, but got a free book and CD with an order, and will have to dig into that sometime. I was having some viral episodes last summer with a lot of musculoskeletal pain accompanying them.. haven't had another flareup since, but am thinking the Wobenzym might be something to try, since I'm not sure that whole chronic pattern is completely resolved. -
