Guest guest
Hi Laurel... It freezes fine but be sure you get the 3rd,4th & 5th milkings not the first two. Also make sure it is clean some cows pass blood and clumps the whole time they are passing colostrum but if they are healthy even the first two will be clean. Tim freezing colostrum? My farmer said he is going to get a lot of colostrum soon. If I get a bunch and freeze it I imagine that freezing won't hurt it that much, but I wanted to check and see. Anyone know?
