Guest guest
Well obviously I crashed, burned and almost caught fire on my last Body For Life challenge <smile>. But as this " diet " thing is a lifestyle for me I always get back up fighting. So I am on my next challenge this one is an extention of Body For Life called Transformation also by Bill . It is an 18 week mind, body, and soul transformation. Oh and I signed up for his text message each day I'm liking that! As for my personal life lots going on my Uncle Jerry broke his hip (he is a proclaimed Gimp now he says). My Uncle Randy had open heart surgery today things seem to be good there so far at least. And my 6 year old had a meltdown in a Kansas City restraunt on Saturday because he wanted to eat ketchup (which by the way I let him eat) but this was because I was so happy that all the sauces were homemade and did not have high fructose corn syrup in it. Well he is convinced he doesn't like the ketchup if it doesn't have it in it. Jeez try to reason with a 6 year old. So I let Grandma handle it LOL! I got to see my parents in Iowa and endure lots of humidity and lots of heat. A good trip. My goal is to have a fruit or vegetable every meal and fell short on 2 meals. So here is what I ate today June 30: 1. banana 2. chicken quesadilla with peppers 3. turkey wrap with tomatoes, sprouts, fruit, 1 slice of 's pita pizza 4. meatloaf with potato 5. 1 oz taco chips, salsa, Egg panini sandwich Total calories: 1,609 Exercise: 1 hour kickboxing ____________________________________________________________ Start a Web Site!
