's Mat Workout/Squeeze Question

Hi!

I have had Squeeze sitting in my virgin pile for a LONG time now - I'm afraid to do it b/c my back doesn't like Callanetics,Bar Method, Lotte Berke, etc - how does Squeeze compare to those methods? I suppose I can preview it to see if there is anything there that will mess me up. If not, it sounds like a great one for me to do in my current Pilates-type rotation.

THanks!Donna

After reading your review her toning workout sounds a lot like Tracey Effinger¢s Squeeze workout. She also used three pound workout and trust me, you were burning once you were done. I am still sorry I traded that one away.

thankyou so much for your review fiona! i dont have this workout so i cant comment or answer your questions... . but i do know of some other unweighted (or very light weight workouts) that really burn. i think that it is good to mix up all techniques of training, so there certainly is a place in a collection for workouts like this.:*carolyn.
