Guest guest
Hi! I have had Squeeze sitting in my virgin pile for a LONG time now - I'm afraid to do it b/c my back doesn't like Callanetics,Bar Method, Lotte Berke, etc - how does Squeeze compare to those methods? I suppose I can preview it to see if there is anything there that will mess me up. If not, it sounds like a great one for me to do in my current Pilates-type rotation. THanks!Donna Subject: RE: 's Mat WorkoutTo: exercisevideos Date: Monday, October 20, 2008, 6:16 AM After reading your review her toning workout sounds a lot like Tracey Effinger¢s Squeeze workout. She also used three pound workout and trust me, you were burning once you were done. I am still sorry I traded that one away.
