Monday start, Wednesday update

Well, I did indeed try to pull it together on Monday--managed to do a

bodyweight/kettlebell circuit-type workout. I managed to finish off the leftover

deep dish pizza in the fridge, which I'm not proud of, but I stayed on target

(even compensated a little) for the rest of the day.

Tuesday was much better; I did P90X Cardio and even said no to the piece of

chocolate my husband (sweetly) put in front of me! I am definitely having more

carbs than protein these days, but I'm told that baby needs more carbs, and my

body metabolizes carbs faster while I'm preggo, so I'm letting it go for the

next five months.

Today I'm going to start entering my food into FitDay again. Right now I'm

having a breakfast of cottage cheese with blueberries and oats. (I think I stole

that one off 's website, and now I eat it every single day!) It's the last

day of vacation--back to work tomorrow--so I'm going to do some healthy cooking

and stock the fridge and freezer.

How about the other Monday starters?
