Guest guest Posted January 6, 2010 Report Share Posted January 6, 2010 Wednesday's update: I worked out with a trainer today from the gym as a free session. I couldn't even do it!! I ate 3 hours prior to working out and through up!! I was so embarrassed!! Then, I told myself, I had to start somewhere. I am not letting this stop me!! He(the trainer) thinks that I can reach my goal in 5 months. That is a loss 50-60 pounds. I am siked!! I am not going to quit if it doesn't come off that fast. Roman wasn't built in a day. The only thing that concerns me is he suggested I work out my core muscles every time I do weight sessions. Wouldn't that over train the abs. or can you do abs. each workout? Thanks for any help.
