Hi, I'd second that - try CHINESE shops. I am living with a chinese friend

at the moment and they have such a variety of cuisines and are pretty

omnivorous compared to the uk. The Chinese supermarkets here generally

stock:

chicken feet

pigs ears

pigs skin (for making pig skin jelly),

fish heads,

livers, kidneys etc.

Although I found them intimidating at first because you can't understand

anything, they tend to be **really** friendly and helpful to a " foreigner "

to the extent of taking your shopping list and getting everything for you.

Anyway that's my experience & worth a try if you have them in your

neighbourhood. I've asked my friend to cook pigs ears for us so am looking

forward to that...............!
