so in the interest of time, I didn't do the optional 3rd challenge.

So far 25 minutes, I burned 210 cal, max hr 93%, avg HR 80%, max HR 93%

I'm not in great cardio shape so my HR just skyrockets. Hopefully over

time it won't do that. I didn't use my inhaler before and I could

really feel it, so next time I'll have to remember to use my rescue

inhaler beforehand.
