If a patient owes a bill and I get a judgment against them in small claims court, can I garnish the wages of the patient's spouse who is working. I know that we are not a community property state. (I have a lets say not responsible patient who has ignored filing his PIP paperwork). We are trying to get the insurance company to pay us without it, but they are not being cooperative either.
