“The OAAOM now as until July 20th to file a reply brief. The court will schedule oral argument for sometime after September, probably. After argument, the court will either affirm without opinion (our legal counsel say unlikely) within a few weeks (3 or so), or will write an opinion deciding the case, which could take a year or more, but usually takes about 6 months.â€
