hot carob drink (Re: now diarrhea out the wazoo)

thanks, dedy. i don't know that i've ever made hot cocoa, only hot

chocolate w/mexican or philippine chocolate. but we heated up a cup

of water (no nut milk on hand; plus, i want to remove possible

factors, and nuts are one) and added 1T carob, 1/2t vanilla, and some

stevia.

both dad and i liked it, but mom preferred the chicken broth.

finally! finally she prefers something that isn't sweet.
