So I did this workout yesterday and was not nearly as sore as after S & L

last week, but that was pretty much the first time I worked out in

almost 2 months since my bodypump class ended and they cancelled the

only class times that fit in my schedule. Yesterday I also did Yoga

Journal's step by step series 2, bends and twists. I don't know about

anyone else, but she did some move I haven't seen before, some kind of

bow. Didn't even try to attempt it. I borrowed all 3 dvd's in the

series and she really goes into detail explaining how to do the poses,

proper alignment, etc. I want to have my dh around when I do the

instructional part of the dvd's to see if I'm doing the poses properly.

Today I did cardio coach and Yoga for stress relief from Suzanne Deason

(library rental). I'm still feeling tight so I'm off to do Gentle Yoga

by Suzanne Deason.

I don't think Ripped is as hard as Slim & Lean either. Sounds like you're really doing great!!
