Guest guest
I recommend that the following statement be used as FOOTER to all outgoing message from this Group: "My “cocktail†for control of these difficult patients nearly always includes a combination of a beta-blocker with a diuretic, an ACE or ARB, and with a CCB and an aldosterone-blocking agent. In many cases, once the BP is controlled with this combination of combinations, all but the aldosteroneblocking agents can be tapered, and the BP still be maintained at goal."
