Guest guest Posted February 20, 2003 Report Share Posted February 20, 2003 Hello Supertrainers, I've got a client who has decided to participate in a triathlon. he's in decent cardio shape, but has never done it before. Any ideas or experiences to help him? Do triathletes do any kind of weight training? or is it just activity specific (cycling, swimming, running)?
