Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 I have been on this raw almonds kick and eating all natural PB with Omega 3 in it. Sometimes the protein bar that I eat isn't exactly enough protein for me, so I will have a dozen almonds or 2 tsp of peanut butter. Is this too much? Should I not be adding this to a snack of mine? just curious what others think of these two foods. I can't seem to kick the craving for either of them.....
