Guest guest Posted November 1, 2008 Report Share Posted November 1, 2008 this morning before dh got up i did the ballet strength with jen galardi. part of the all-star workouts program on fittv. i had this recorded for awhile. i wanted to go with winsor ball pilates but viola was playing around with the ball LOL. mostly abs and upper body(with weights and tubing,i used a heavy resistance band though)pilates inspired work but the warm up and some of the ending yoga is leg focused. it felt nice to do a long workout especially one that wasn't overly intense. going to slowly build in some cardio soon. my sinsus are still a bit blah but i can tell i am no where near congested as before and sore throat is gone. just coughing up the bleck stuff. don't think i have been that sick inawhile. even with bronchitis i didn't feel this bad. in fact i was still working out with bronchitis(unknowling) but only stopped when the medication had the effect on me,not the illness. i have a 4 day weekend,except a few hours on monday for a meeting, so i should try to get in some longer workouts and redo my planned rotations. really watch my eating now. i was carbing it up highly when i was sick with biscuits,rolls,crackers etc with my soups. i would overdo it. plus the candy i was eating as i paced the house last night after i was awoken with the phone call. lots of comfort eating lately gotta stop that. off to bother dh before he heads off to work kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
