Guest guest Posted August 4, 2008 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 Hi, This evening a few of my muscles let me know about Kest and his Intensive Body Sculpt workout last night. I have a feeling I'm going to wake up tomorrow morning really feeling it. Tonight I did 15 minutes of yoga from Yoga Fusion (power) and then did some pushups. I going to challenge myself this month and do as many pushups as I can. I'm not going to try and kill myself, just do as many as I feel like I can do with good form. I surprised myself and did 21 on my toes without any breaks. For some of you that's a piece of cake, but for me? It was great! After that I did Body Max 2 abs and stretch.
